If you are not satisfied with a recent purchase, please contact your Sourcing Specialist to discuss the issue. We will do everything we can to accommodate a resolution for you. If an item needs to be returned, your Sourcing Specialist will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA). Items being returned should be unused and in their original packaging. Some returns may be subject to restocking and return-freight fees. Returns without an RA will not be accepted.
If an order you received is damaged upon arrival please contact us within 5 days to file a report. We know how inconvenient it can be to receive a damaged item, and we want to help make this process as smooth as possible. Before signing for any delivery please make sure that you inspect your packages for damage. Note any damage and the number of packages received and have the delivery driver sign off on this as well. If possible, please take pictures of the damaged delivery. Provide as much information as possible to your Sourcing Specialist and they will work on the solution with you.
Warranties vary by product and are provided by the manufacturers and suppliers of those products. If you would like additional information regarding the warranty of a specific product, please contact your Sourcing Specialist, and they will provide that to you. If a product proves to be defective within the warranty period, please contact the supplier or manufacturer that is listed in the warranty documents that accompanied the product during delivery.
