We search out for new and innovative products, as well as work with suppliers to develop products and services that can enhance your program. We created ACCESS Sourcing Solutions, because, like you, we have a great passion for providing high-quality programs that enhance the development and overall well-being of young children. The founder of ACCESS is Joe Bonner, who has dedicated over 30 years of his life to the field of Early Childhood. With experience in almost every facet that contributes to this wonderful field, he has a great appreciation for both the joy we feel and the challenges we face in the daily process of the work that we do. Joe has served as an educator, director, multi-site manager, trainer, speaker, and consultant, and most recently, spent the last five years in product development, oversaw the management of a product sales division, and became a sourcing specialist for this field. He chose to combine the wealth of knowledge, experience, and relationships that he has fostered during this time, and create a safe and reliable network of goods and services to benefit the many diverse programs across the country. Joe has always wanted to make a positive impact at the national level, and ACCESS Sourcing Solutions is only the beginning. We’re just getting started, and there is so much more to come. You do not need to become a member to learn about the products and services we provide. We invite you to explore our website and discover all the opportunities we have made available to you once your ACCESS membership has been initiated. You will discover that some areas are simple shopping pages, and others are more informative with the ability to request additional information, at which point one of our specialists in that area of expertise will follow up with you.
Once you have started your free ACCESS membership, a dedicated Sourcing Specialist will be assigned to your account. You will receive a welcome and introductory email from your Sourcing Specialist, and they will serve as your primary contact for all of your ACCESS activity. We don’t want you to have to explain yourself, and your program to multiple random customer service representatives. Instead, your dedicated Sourcing Specialist will be the only contact you will need. They will serve as your purchasing agent, customer service representative, and the conduit between you and our vendor partners. They won’t, however, act like a pushy salesperson, because that is not our style. They will likely check in with you from time to time to say hi, see how your program is going, and provide you with the occasional update on any new products and services that you would have ACCESS to. The main thing you can depend on is that your Sourcing Specialist will definitely be responsive to any questions or concerns that you may have, and they will be happy to find the solutions for your needs. Of course, since they are so dedicated to their work, we also want them to be able to reap the fruits of their labor and enjoy their off time with family and friends, so we ask that you understand that they are not available at all hours of the day, but they will get back to you at the soonest opportunity, usually during normal business hours.
The ACCESS Advantage of having a Sourcing Specialist is that you will have a dedicated professional who will handle all aspects of your account. They will monitor your purchase history, work directly with vendors on your behalf, and will be genuinely invested in your program. You will be able to establish a relationship with someone who will become an extension of you, looking out for the best interest of your program, so you can focus more time looking out for the best interests of the children and families that you serve.
Once you have registered your ACCESS membership account for you and your organization, you will then have a primary account on our secure server. You can choose to store information, such as credit cards, shipping locations, etc. You, as the administrator of your primary account, may also elect to create sub-accounts to be used by other employees in your organization, for which you can choose their rights as users, and send out invitations for them to complete their registration. At this point, you and your staff will be able to make purchases or request quotes on any of the simple product shopping pages. A copy of all invoices will be sent to both the purchaser and the primary account holder. One-time purchases can also be made with a basic membership setup.
Since we offer ACCESS to such a unique shopping experience, and just as such, your program is unique in its’ own way, some areas of our website will show a “Request for Quote” or “Service Inquiry” option. This is because your Sourcing Specialist will be assisting with these orders or requests to ensure that you are receiving the highest level of quality care. If you have not yet established an ACCESS membership prior to these requests, a basic membership for the inquiry will be created, and a Sourcing Specialist will contact you.
A “Request for Quote” will be fulfilled by your Sourcing Specialist. You will receive an acknowledgment that the request has been received, and an approximate timeline that you could expect to receive the official quote. Your Sourcing Specialist will negotiate on your behalf for best pricing on the product and freight costs with the suppliers. Once the official quote has been put together, it will be supplied to you with payment options, and the duration that the quote will remain valid. If you have any questions, your Sourcing Specialist will be happy to assist you.
“Service Inquiries” will be sent to both your Sourcing Specialist and the Specialist for that specific area of service. The Service Specialist will contact you directly with the information that you requested, and work with you on the details of that service. Your Sourcing Specialist will monitor the progress of the service request and will provide assistance throughout the process of the service request.
